What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, delivery address, phone number, email address and order history.
  • Payment information: this goes directly to Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

  • To process, pack, ship and track your order
  • To answer your questions and handle returns
  • To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp and email
  • To improve the website and, if you have opted in, to send offers
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

Who we share it with

  • Courier and logistics partners, so they can deliver your order
  • Razorpay, to process your payment
  • Our website, hosting and analytics providers, including Shopify and Meta, which may place cookies for advertising measurement
  • Government authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep order and tax records for as long as Indian tax law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Write to care@premiumage.in to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing messages. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This product is not for anyone under 18, and the site is not directed at children.
